Intelliverse® Selects NeuStar to Carry Out CALEA Compliance Efforts
Intelliverse is using NeuStar's solution to comply with the CALEA act, to help preserve the ability of law enforcement agencies to conduct electronic surveillance, by requiring that all telecommunication carriers have the necessary surveillance capabilities. NeuStar provides a comprehensive range of legally compliant fiduciary services at an affordable rate. Features included in the NeuStar solution that Intelliverse implemented include court-ordered records publication, technical assistance in lawful interception of communications, and subscriber assistance in handling harassing calls.
